How to Play The Block Escape in 3D

Read direction and depth together

The Block Escape turns the familiar arrow puzzle into a three-dimensional structure. A block can leave only along the direction shown on its face, and the route must be clear through every visible and hidden layer.

Rotate the model before your first move. Corners and outer faces are the most informative places to begin because they reveal where the structure truly ends.

Confirm uncertain routes from two angles

A lane that looks empty from the front may contain a block directly behind the selected piece. When depth is ambiguous, rotate a little to the side and check the same path again. Two consistent views are stronger evidence than one attractive angle.

Remove confirmed surface blocks and rotate after each small group. Newly exposed faces often contain the next safe move, while the old camera position may hide them.

• Use small rotations so you can keep track of the same block.
• Clear corners to expose several faces at once.
• Do not tap while the camera or structure is still moving.

Peel the structure instead of drilling inward

Think in layers. Removing verified outer blocks gives you more information about the core, while focusing on one face can leave hidden supports on the opposite side.

Move around the structure as it shrinks. A balanced outside-in approach keeps the silhouette readable and makes the final inner blocks easier to release.
